Factorio Solar Panel Accumulator

The ratios posted result in more solar panels then are needed to power factory and charge accumulators i had posted this in a topic on the steam forum a week ago when somebody was asking about solar panels and another person brought up the 0 8 1 ratio. The accumulator stores a limited amount of energy when available production exceeds demand and releases it in the opposite case. The night time set would have the accumulators.
